A GEO agency for Saudi companies that want to be cited in Arabic and English AI answers

Saudi buyers ask AI engines in Arabic, English and a mix of both. We prepare your site to be understood and quoted in the language your buyer uses, working remotely from Rajasthan, India, on the Saudi working week.

We have no office in Saudi Arabia. We work remotely from India, only 2.5 hours from Riyadh time.

Saudi Arabia differs from nearby markets in three ways that matter here: Arabic is the default for many consumer queries, large buyers work in a supplier ecosystem shaped by national programmes, and data and advertising rules are developing fast.

This page explains how we plan GEO work for a Saudi company, what we can and cannot do with Arabic, and where compliance questions belong with your own advisers.

Buyer behaviour

How do Saudi buyers use AI engines to find suppliers and services?

The Saudi buyer is not one person. A procurement team at a construction contractor in Riyadh asks which scaffolding suppliers can serve a project in the Eastern Province. A family in Jeddah asks which paediatric clinics offer evening appointments. A founder in Al Khobar asks which accounting firms handle ZATCA e invoicing. Each asks differently: in Arabic, in English, or in English with Arabic place names.

This matters because an AI engine matches the question to text it can read. If the question is in Arabic and your site only has English, the engine may choose a source that matches the language. If the question is in English but about Riyadh, an Arabic only site may be passed over. The fix starts with knowing which language your buyer actually uses, which we test in week one rather than assume.

We do not have a reliable figure for how many Saudi professionals use each AI engine, and we will not supply one. Ask your own sales team what prospects say about how they found you, then test those prompts. The free AI Visibility Checker is an easy first step, and our post on GEO for multilingual sites in Arabic and English covers the language side in detail.

  • Prompts in Modern Standard Arabic
  • Prompts in English with Saudi city and district names
  • Mixed prompts that use English product terms inside Arabic questions
  • Prompts about project suitability, certification and local presence

The prompt language is a business fact about your buyer. Measure it before you choose which pages to write first.

What is different

What is different about Saudi Arabia

Six points we plan around.

Arabic is a primary channel

Arabic pages are not a translation afterthought here. Right to left layout, correct Arabic names and Arabic FAQs affect whether an engine can match a question to your page.

National programmes shape demand

Vision 2030 programmes and large projects create buyer questions around local content, certification and delivery capacity. Pages should answer those directly.

Local presence matters

Buyers and government entities look for a Saudi legal entity, a commercial registration and a visible address. Say clearly what you have in the Kingdom and what you do not.

A different working week

Saudi offices run Sunday to Thursday. Our weekly rhythm adapts so calls and approvals land inside your working days, and we plan around Ramadan hours.

A data law now in force

The Personal Data Protection Law is enforceable. Forms, analytics and case studies on your site should reflect it.

Relationships and referrals

Many Saudi sales still come through introductions. AI answers are a second path in. Buyers use them to check a company a contact has mentioned.

Language

Can a GEO agency in India handle Arabic content for Saudi Arabia?

We are direct about this. Our team works in English. We do not claim native Arabic copywriting, and we do not machine translate your pages and publish them. What we do well is the structure around the language: crawlable Arabic URLs, language tags, right to left templates, schema that carries both Arabic and English names, and an answer first page design that a native writer can fill in.

For Arabic content, the process we recommend is this. We prepare the brief and the structure in English. A native Arabic writer or your in house team writes or approves the Arabic text. We then implement it, test the same Arabic prompts, and report. That keeps the Arabic accurate and keeps responsibility for the wording with someone who owns it.

The GEO Pilot covers one domain and one language. If your buyers are primarily Arabic speakers, we run the Pilot in Arabic with your approved text. If you need both languages, we can run English first and scope Arabic after, or cover two languages under the Scale plan, which allows up to two markets or two languages. We will tell you at the start which is the better order, based on your baseline prompts.

  • Separate URLs for Arabic and English, not a script that swaps text
  • Arabic company name, English company name and any trading name linked in one entity record
  • Native review of every Arabic page before it goes live
  • Arabic FAQs written as real questions, not translated headlines

Rules

Which Saudi data and advertising rules touch website content?

We flag them. Your legal adviser decides.

The Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) is overseen by SDAIA. A law firm note we read in October 2026 says the PDPL has been enforceable since 14 September 2024 and reports fines of up to about 1.3 million US dollars, doubling for repeat offences, plus possible imprisonment for severe violations. A Mayer Brown note dated October 2024 describes data transfer regulations issued on 1 September 2024 that require safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the Kingdom. For a GEO project, this affects contact forms, analytics tools that send data abroad, and any case study that includes personal data.

On advertising, the General Authority for Media Regulation licenses advertising by influencers. A Gulf News report updated 2 December 2024 describes a Mawthooq licence that influencers must hold, including those outside the Kingdom. This matters if your content plans involve influencer mentions. GEO for your own site does not require influencers, and we do not arrange them.

Two more points are practical. First, e commerce and consumer rules are enforced by the Ministry of Commerce, so pricing, return terms and company details should be accurate and visible. Second, if you sell to government entities, check how your company's regional status affects bids (see the next section). We do not give legal advice. Your adviser approves policies, notices and copy.

  • Privacy notice that matches real data practices
  • No personal data in public case studies without consent
  • Prices, VAT wording and return terms stated plainly where relevant
  • Influencer content, if any, handled by a licensed party

Large buyers

How does the regional headquarters rule affect how a supplier presents itself?

A Vistra explainer we read in October 2026 states that, from 1 January 2024, foreign companies generally need a regional headquarters in the Kingdom to be eligible for government contracts above certain thresholds, with exceptions such as contracts under SAR 1 million, contracts executed outside the Kingdom and single qualified bidder cases. The details are for your legal and tax advisers, and they may change.

For GEO the point is simpler. Government and large corporate buyers ask AI engines who can serve them and from where. If you are a foreign firm with a Saudi branch, a local partner or a regional office, say so on a page an engine can read, with the legal entity name, the commercial registration where appropriate, the office address and the sectors you serve. If you do not have a Saudi presence, say how you deliver and which parts happen remotely. Vague phrases like 'serving the Middle East' help no one.

The same applies to certifications and local content claims. A buyer who asks 'which MEP contractors in Riyadh are certified for X' wants a certificate, a body that issued it and a date. We structure those facts so they appear as text and in schema, not only as a logo in a footer.

Process

The GEO Pilot for a Saudi company, week by week

  1. 1

    Week 1: baseline and audit

We test up to 20 buyer prompts across five AI engines in the language or languages you choose, check AI crawler access, and audit technical and entity signals, including Arabic and English name consistency.

  2. 2

    Week 2: technical fixes

We fix robots rules and crawler access, sitemap, canonicals, structured data and language tags, and add llms.txt if it helps. We work on WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, custom or headless sites.

  3. 3

Week 3: rewrite up to 10 pages

We restructure up to 10 priority pages as answer ready, with a direct answer, question style headings, FAQs and schema. Arabic wording comes from your native writer or approved reviewer.

  4. 4

    Week 4: retest and roadmap

We rerun the same prompts, hand over a before and after report and a 90 day roadmap. One domain, one language. We never promise rankings, citations or traffic.

Worked example

What would the Pilot change for a Saudi industrial supplier?

Example, hypothetical: a supplier of industrial safety equipment with a warehouse in Dammam and customers across the Eastern Province. The website is English only, products are listed as images with catalogue PDFs, and the company's commercial registration, ISO certificate and warehouse address are on a single scanned page.

Buyers ask engines, in English and Arabic, 'who supplies certified fall protection equipment in Dammam' and 'safety equipment supplier for oil and gas contractors'. In week one we test those prompts and find engines naming larger distributors and a marketplace. In week two we make certificate numbers and the warehouse address visible text with Organization and Product markup, and we fix a crawler block. In week three we rewrite the fall protection page with a direct answer, a specification table, delivery coverage and an FAQ, and the client's Arabic reviewer approves an Arabic version for a second pass. In week four we retest and report what moved and what did not.

This is a hypothetical walk through, not a client result. No outcome is implied.

Working remotely

How does working with a GEO agency in Rajasthan work for a Saudi client?

We work from Rajasthan, India, remotely, and we have no office in Saudi Arabia. We deliver through access to your site, shared documents and scheduled calls. Contact is hello@thegrowingai.com, and the usual first step is the free AI visibility report on the contact page.

India is 2.5 hours ahead of Riyadh time all year, because Saudi Arabia does not use daylight saving. Our working day overlaps well with yours. The week matters more: Saudi offices work Sunday to Thursday, while we work Monday to Friday. We agree call days at the start, and we plan around Ramadan hours and national holidays.

We ask for admin login, staging or a Git repository, and you approve every change. We run a small number of Pilots at a time so each one gets senior attention. For the closest comparison, see our UAE page and Dubai page, where Emtech is cited for IT AMC queries. It is one client in one market, not a promise for Saudi Arabia.

The problem

Where Saudi companies lose AI visibility

English only or Arabic only

The site serves one language while buyers ask in both, so engines match a competitor instead.

Facts held in PDFs and images

Certificates, commercial registration and catalogues sit in scans that crawlers cannot read as text.

Company names drift

The Arabic name, English name and trading name differ across the site, profiles and directories.

Machine translated pages

Arabic pages read stiffly, lack FAQs and do not match how buyers phrase questions.

Presence is unclear

The site does not say whether the company has a Saudi entity, branch or partner, so engines cannot confirm local fit.

Crawlers blocked

A firewall or CDN setting blocks AI crawlers without a decision being made.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Do you have an office in Saudi Arabia?

No. We work remotely from Rajasthan, India. We deliver through access to your site, shared documents and calls, and India is only 2.5 hours ahead of Riyadh.

Do you write Arabic content?

Our team works in English. We prepare the structure and brief, and your native Arabic writer or reviewer approves the Arabic wording before it goes live. We do not publish machine translated Arabic.

How much does the GEO Pilot cost?

$999 USD, one time, delivered inside 30 days, done for you. Ongoing plans start from $1,500 per month for Growth and from $3,000 per month for Scale, with scope confirmed in writing before work starts.

Can you promise citations in ChatGPT, Gemini or Google AI Mode?

No. Nobody can. We improve what is under your control and retest the same prompts, then report honestly. Engines change often.

Does the Pilot cover both Arabic and English?

The Pilot covers one domain and one language. For both, we run one first and scope the other afterwards, or cover up to two languages under the Scale plan.

Do you check PDPL or advertising rules?

We flag points that may need your adviser, such as forms, analytics and influencer content. We are not lawyers, and your compliance owner approves policies and copy.

How do calls work with the Sunday to Thursday week?

We agree call days at the start, usually Sunday to Thursday for you, and we handle written approvals around that. Ramadan hours and holidays are planned in advance.

Can you work on any website platform?

Yes: WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, custom code or headless. You give an admin login, staging or a Git repository, and approve changes.
