4.No guarantee of specific results

While we apply proven methods and real expertise, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, citations or revenue within a fixed time. We are committed to genuine effort and transparent reporting.

5.Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access to accounts, assets and approvals we need to do the work.
• Ensure any materials you provide do not infringe the rights of others.
• Make agreed payments on time as set out in your proposal or agreement.

6.Fees and payment

Fees, payment schedules and any applicable taxes are set out in your proposal or agreement. Late or missed payments may result in work being paused until the account is brought up to date.

7.Intellectual property

Content, strategies and materials we create for you become yours once fully paid for, unless agreed otherwise. We retain the right to describe the work at a high level in our portfolio and case studies, with your permission where specific results or brand names are shown. Our own methods, frameworks and tools remain our property.

8.Confidentiality

We treat the non public information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver your services. We expect the same care from you regarding our proposals and methods.

9.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10.Termination

Either party may end an engagement as set out in the relevant agreement. Fees for work already performed remain payable. We will hand over completed, paid for deliverables on termination.

11.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled by the courts in Rajasthan, India, unless your agreement states otherwise.
