What is this guide, who wrote it, and why does it list competitors?
This is a fact based guide to agencies that say on their own websites that they offer generative engine optimisation (GEO), answer engine optimisation (AEO) or AI search optimisation to businesses in Australia. All of these labels describe work that aims to get a brand named and cited in answers from ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Microsoft Copilot. Plain definitions are in GEO vs AEO vs SEO.
We are GrowingAI, and we also sell GEO to Australian businesses, so we are an interested party. We list ourselves in our own section using the same plain facts. We have no office in Australia. Our team works remotely from Rajasthan, India.
This page is a guide, not a ranking. Agencies appear in alphabetical order. We do not say any agency is better or worse than another. We have not tested anyone's work or spoken to their clients. Every agency fact comes from that agency's own public website, and we give the date we read it: 16 October 2026. When a page did not say something, we write that it was not stated rather than guess.
Services and prices change. Use this guide to build a shortlist and then read each website and speak to each agency before you decide.

Method
How we chose which GEO agencies to list for Australia
We searched for agencies working in Australia that name GEO, AEO or AI search optimisation on a page of their own website. We used directories and published roundups only to find names, then read the agency's own page. We left out any agency whose own service page we could not open, so a missing name says nothing about quality.
For each agency we recorded where its site says it is based, which AI search services it states, who it says it serves, whether it publishes prices and how to contact it. We did not record claims about results, rankings, client numbers or awards. Australian consumer law expects advertising claims to be accurate and supportable, and we cannot verify those claims.
One thing to watch when you search: many published lists of Australian GEO agencies are written by agencies that appear in them. That is not wrong, but it is a reason to read each agency's own site, which is what we did. For a full set of buyer questions, read how to choose a GEO agency.
- The agency states GEO, AEO or AI search optimisation on its own site
- It serves Australian clients or states an Australian base
- A public page we could read on the date shown
- Only stated facts, paraphrased, with a date
- No statements about results or quality

What this guide found
The agencies
Eight agencies that state GEO or AI search services for Australian clients
Each entry is a short fact summary, paraphrased from the agency's own page as read on 16 October 2026. Names link to the agency's website. We have no commercial relationship with any of them.
Bizwisdom
According to its website (read 16 October 2026), Bizwisdom gives a head office in Collingwood, Victoria. It states generative engine optimisation and AI optimisation programs: technical audits and structured data, conversational query research, content gap analysis, authority and trust work, and monitoring of AI search results with monthly analytics. It says it serves Australian businesses of any size and lists industry pages for cosmetic clinics, dental clinics, schools, home builders and ecommerce, and service areas in several states and territories. No prices are published; it says cost depends on goals and scope and offers a free consultation. Contact is by phone or an enquiry form.
Elephant in the Boardroom
According to its website (read 16 October 2026), Elephant in the Boardroom gives an address in Docklands, Melbourne. It states generative engine optimisation including an AI search landscape audit, mapping of how customers question AI tools, content structuring, authority and trust signals, and optimisation across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Bing Copilot, combined with SEO strategy. It says it works with Australian businesses including small businesses. No GEO prices are published; it offers a free consultation and GEO audit. Contact is through a form or a phone number during listed hours.
Magneto IT Solutions
According to its Australian site (read 16 October 2026), Magneto IT Solutions has an Australian regional page with an Australian phone number and an ABN, but the page does not state a head office or describe a physical office in Australia. It states GEO covering market and competitor analysis, technical optimisation (audits, hreflang and schema, site architecture), multilingual content strategy, off page authority work and global SEO migration support, and lists answer engine optimisation as a related service. It says it serves Australian businesses of all sizes, including brands expanding abroad. No prices are published; its FAQ says price varies with markets, languages and site complexity.
Megantic
According to its website (read 16 October 2026), Megantic gives an Australian head office on St Kilda Road, Melbourne, and also lists contacts in Canada and the UK. Its page uses the term answer engine optimisation rather than GEO. It states an AI SEO visibility audit, optimisation for AI Overviews and AI Mode, a proprietary toolkit that it says shows how AI platforms read a site, and a three stage process. It says its AI visibility tools are specifically for ecommerce businesses and mentions a one month trial for qualifying retail brands. No prices are published. Contact options include a form, a phone number and an email address.
One Orange Cow
According to its website (read 16 October 2026), One Orange Cow describes itself as a Sydney based agency serving Australian businesses nationally and does not list a street address on that page. It states GEO for ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Microsoft Copilot, with deliverables that include service, industry, location and FAQ pages, structured data and testing of brand mentions and accuracy. It lists enterprise, ecommerce, professional services, SaaS, healthcare, property and trades among its sectors. It publishes no prices and says pricing depends on the number of entities, supporting pages and AI systems targeted. Contact is by phone or web form.
Predicta Digital
According to its website (read 16 October 2026), Predicta Digital describes itself as a Melbourne based SEO agency and does not give a street address on the page we read. It states a GEO audit, strategy development, content creation and optimisation, technical optimisation (structured data, schema, speed), location specific GEO and ongoing monitoring and reporting, naming ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. It says it serves Australian businesses, with a focus on Melbourne and local markets. It links to a packages page we did not read, and no prices appear on the GEO page. A free SEO audit form and a phone number are listed.
Prosperity Media
According to its website (read 16 October 2026), Prosperity Media lists offices in Surry Hills, Sydney and South Yarra, Melbourne, without labelling either as head office. It states GEO, AEO and LLM SEO, with a four step process covering an AI visibility and entity audit, technical GEO, authority and digital PR work, and citation and share of voice reporting, across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode and others. It says it works with Australian businesses, particularly enterprise brands, and on mid market to enterprise projects in Australia and the US. No prices are published; a free AI visibility audit is offered. Contact is by email, phone or form.
Talons Marketing
According to its website (read 16 October 2026), Talons Marketing is a Melbourne agency with an address in Vermont, Victoria. Its home page lists ChatGPT (AI) optimisation services under SEO and links to articles about GEO, but the page we read does not describe a GEO or AEO service in detail, so check its site for the current offer. It says it serves local and national businesses, including tradespeople, clinics, professional services and startups. No prices are published on that page and it links to an SEO packages page we did not read. Contact is by phone, email or a free consultation form.

Where does GrowingAI fit, and what are the facts about us?
GrowingAI is a GEO agency founded by Nitesh Dan Charan. The team works remotely from Rajasthan, India, and we have no local office in Australia. We do GEO only: getting brands named and cited in AI answers. We do not build websites, run ads or offer a wider marketing service.
Our prices are public. The GEO Pilot is a fixed $999 USD, one time, delivered inside 30 days and done for you, meaning we make the fixes. Week 1 is a baseline across five AI engines on up to 20 buyer prompts, a crawler access check and a technical and entity audit. Week 2 is technical fixes. Week 3 is a rewrite of up to 10 priority pages. Week 4 is a retest, a before and after report and a 90 day roadmap. One domain, one language. Ongoing plans start from $1,500 per month (Growth) and from $3,000 per month (Scale), with scope confirmed in writing before work starts. Enterprise is custom. Prices are in US dollars, so convert to Australian dollars at the current rate and check with your accountant how GST applies to an overseas supplier before you compare.
We have two published client examples: Emtech, a Dubai IT company, and Sudarshan Stoneix, a marble and granite company. We do not publish an Australian case study. You can read both at our case studies. We do not promise rankings, citations or traffic.
- Remote team in Rajasthan, India; no office in Australia
- GEO only; no site builds, ads or PR retainers
- GEO Pilot: $999 USD fixed, one time, 30 days
- Monthly plans from $1,500 and from $3,000 (USD)
- Two published client examples, neither an Australian case study
The problem
When another option may suit you better than GrowingAI
You want a team in your city
If you want workshops in your office or a team in your own time zone, an agency based in Sydney or Melbourne fits more naturally. Our team is remote in India, and the time difference with Australia changes with daylight saving on both sides of the year.
You want a large enterprise programme
If you need many brands, regions and approval layers managed with dedicated account staff, a bigger agency may have the headcount. We run a small number of Pilots at a time so each one gets senior attention.
You want one agency for all marketing
If you want paid media, web build and creative alongside GEO from one supplier, a full service agency covers more. We do GEO only.
You want a long running PR heavy programme
If the core need is sustained media relations, a PR led team is a better fit. Our Scale plan includes outreach for mentions and placements, but we are not a PR agency.
You want a local sector specialist
If you are a clinic, a home builder or an ecommerce retailer and want a team whose site lists that sector, check the agencies above that say so. We have no Australian sector case study.
GrowingAI may fit
- You want GEO only, done for you
- A fixed price Pilot with public prices
- A remote team that makes the fixes
Another option may fit
- A team in your own city or time zone
- One supplier for ads, web and creative
- A long running PR heavy programme
Pricing
How much does a GEO agency cost in Australia, and how do quotes work?
None of the eight agencies in this guide published a GEO price on the pages we read on 16 October 2026. That is a fact about those pages, not a judgement. Some say what drives cost. One Orange Cow says GEO pricing depends on the number of entities, the supporting pages and the number of AI systems targeted. Magneto IT Solutions says price varies with markets, languages and site complexity. Bizwisdom says cost depends on goals and scope.
Several offer a free first step: Bizwisdom a consultation, Elephant in the Boardroom a GEO audit, Megantic an AI SEO visibility audit, Prosperity Media an AI visibility audit, and Predicta Digital a free SEO audit form. Treat a free audit as a sample of how the agency works, and ask what happens after it.
Because prices are not public, compare quotes on scope. Ask each agency to state, in writing and in Australian dollars with GST shown, how many domains and languages are covered, how many pages are written or refreshed, how many prompts are tracked, who makes the technical changes, how often you meet and what is excluded. Our general cost explainer is how much does GEO cost and our own prices are on the pricing page.
Three shapes appear: a fixed scope audit or project, a monthly retainer, and consultancy for teams with their own staff. For the trade offs between a one off project and a retainer, read GEO Pilot vs monthly retainer, and for hiring staff instead, GEO agency vs in house team.
Checklist
What should you ask any Australian GEO agency before you sign?
Use these with every agency, us included. Get answers in writing so you can set them side by side.
Specific answers can be checked. Vague answers are worth noting.
- What is delivered, by when, and what is excluded?
- Who works on my site and who has admin access?
- Which AI engines and which buyer prompts will be tested, and who chooses the prompts?
- Will I see the raw AI answers before and after, not only a score?
- Do you make the technical and content changes, or give me a list?
- What do you need from me and how long do approvals take?
- What can you not control or promise?
- Can I speak to a client with a similar business?
- Is the quote in Australian dollars, is GST shown, and how does scope change?
- Who owns the content, schema and reports if we stop?

Test it
How to run a one week test of any GEO agency
- 1
Day 1: write 15 prompts in local wording
List what your customers would ask an AI tool, such as 'cosmetic dentist near Parramatta' or 'trade accountant for sole traders in Perth'. Use the same list for every agency.
- 2
Day 2: capture a baseline
Ask each prompt in ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot, and save dated screenshots. The free AI Visibility Checker gives a quick starting view.
- 3
Day 3: send the same brief
Give every shortlisted agency your site, your prompt list and your goal. Ask for a written scope, not a call.
- 4
Day 4: compare scopes
Look for named pages, named fixes and who does them. Mark any promise of a position or a citation count.
- 5
Day 5: ask for one sample
Ask for a small example, such as a crawler access finding or one rewritten answer, to see how the team thinks.
- 6
Day 6: read the terms
Check exclusions, scope changes, notice and ownership of the work.
- 7
Day 7: score and decide
Score clarity, fit and total cost. Re run the same prompts a month later whatever you choose.

Fairness
How we kept this fair
Australian Consumer Law applies to advertising by businesses. According to the ACCC's advertising and promotions page (read 16 October 2026), businesses must not make false or misleading claims when promoting themselves, and claims should be truthful, accurate and supported by reasonable grounds. The ACCC's Advertising and selling guide for business (July 2021, read 16 October 2026) says that before using comparative advertising you should ask whether the comparison is accurate, whether the things compared are reasonably similar, and whether it stays valid for the life of the promotion.
We did not check the statute text itself for this page, only that ACCC guidance, and the state and territory regulators may add their own guidance. We are not lawyers and this is not legal advice.
So we state only facts the agencies published, describe them in our own words, attach a date, avoid words like best, top or leading, show no logos, and list ourselves in the same format. If you publish your own comparison, get advice.
Corrections: if an agency or a reader finds a factual error, email hello@thegrowingai.com and we will check and fix it. Tell us which statement is wrong and link to the public page that shows the right fact.

FAQ
Questions people ask
How much does a GEO agency cost in Australia?
None of the eight agencies in this guide showed a GEO price on the pages we read as of 16 October 2026. They say price depends on factors such as goals, markets, languages, site complexity, entities and pages. Ask each for a written scope in Australian dollars with GST shown and compare on deliverables.
Which is the best GEO agency in Australia?
We cannot honestly name one, and this page is not a ranking. The right fit depends on your sector, budget, how much you want done for you and whether you need a local team. Use the criteria and the one week test to compare on facts.
What is the difference between GEO, AEO and AI SEO?
The terms overlap and agencies use them differently. GEO usually means getting a brand cited in generative AI answers. AEO usually means structuring content so answer engines can extract direct answers. AI SEO is a looser label. Judge the deliverables, not the name. See GEO vs AEO vs SEO.
Do I need a Sydney or Melbourne agency for GEO?
Not necessarily. Most GEO work happens on your website and your public footprint and can be done remotely. A local agency may suit you if you want in person meetings. Ask any agency how the work is done and how often you will speak.
Can an agency guarantee that ChatGPT will recommend my business?
No. Answers differ by engine, prompt and time, and no one controls them. Treat any promise of a fixed position or citation count with care. We do not make such promises.
Should I hire an agency or an in house person?
It depends on volume and skills. An agency starts faster and brings a method. A hire gives daily access and product knowledge. Read GEO agency vs in house team and GEO agency vs freelancer.
How can I check a GEO agency's claims?
Ask what a claim is based on, ask for a dated example, ask to speak to a similar client and look at the raw AI answers. Check the agency's own site for the services it states, and if you rely on a published list, check who wrote it and whether they are in it.
Does GrowingAI work with Australian businesses?
Yes, remotely from India. A first project is usually the GEO Pilot: $999 USD fixed, 30 days, one domain and one language. We have no Australian office or case study, so ask us anything before you decide. A free report is available through our contact page.
