GEO agencies in the USA: a fair guide for buyers

People search for the best GEO agency in the USA, and no honest page can crown one. This is an alphabetical guide to agencies that state GEO, AEO or AI search services on their own websites, with sources. We are one of the options, so we say that first.

What this isA guide, not a ranking. Ten agencies listed in alphabetical order, each with facts from its own website.

Last checked16 October 2026. Every agency fact carries the date it was read.

We are GrowingAI. We run a GEO agency from Rajasthan, India, and we serve clients in the United States. We have no office in the USA. That makes us an interested party, so we have kept this page to facts that anyone can check on the agencies' own sites, and we have held ourselves to the same rule.

Nothing here says one agency is better than another. We did not interview clients, test deliverables or judge results. We read public pages on 16 October 2026 and wrote down what they say. If you want an opinion on quality, you will have to form it yourself with the checklist and the one week test further down.

How we chose

How did we choose which US agencies to list?

We started with searches for GEO agency, AEO agency and AI SEO company in the United States and read agency directories, press lists and the agencies' own sites. Many lists we found were published by agencies that rank themselves first, so we treated those lists as leads and not as evidence. We only wrote down what an agency says on its own pages.

An agency made this list when its own website states a GEO, AEO or AI search optimization service, names an office or base in the USA, and gave us enough public information to describe fairly. Where a fact was missing, we say it is not stated. We did not include agencies that only mention AI search in a blog post without a service page. That rule means some good providers are missing, and we make no claim that the list is complete.

Ten is a sample, not the market. The United States has a very large number of marketing firms and new GEO offers appear often. A useful way to read this guide is as a starting shortlist that shows the range of models: large full service firms, B2B specialists, ecommerce focused teams and one remote team in India.

  • Own website states GEO, AEO or AI search services
  • Names a base or office in the USA
  • Facts could be read and dated on 16 October 2026
  • No opinions about quality, results or honesty of any agency

This page is a guide, not a ranking. The order is alphabetical, and we say so again where it matters.

How we kept this fair

How we kept this fair, in plain words

Comparative advertising in the United States is allowed when it is truthful. The Federal Trade Commission's Statement of Policy Regarding Comparative Advertising, dated 13 August 1979 and read by us on 16 October 2026, says naming competitors is acceptable when the comparison is clear and, where needed, disclosed so consumers are not deceived. We took that as a rule for ourselves: only state facts we can source, and never imply anything we cannot show.

In practice that meant five choices. We attribute each fact to the agency's own website and give the date we read it. We paraphrase and do not copy their wording. We use names as plain text, with no logos. We do not say any agency, including us, is best, top or leading. We do not compare prices unless an agency publishes one.

This is not legal advice. If you are an agency named here and a fact is wrong, email hello@thegrowingai.com and we will check and fix it.

Agency by agency

What each agency says about its GEO services

Each entry below is a paraphrase of what the named agency says on its own website. The agency name links to its home page. We did not speak to any of these firms.

Avenue Z. According to its website (read 16 October 2026), its services page lists offices in New York, Miami and Orlando and does not mark one as head office. It describes AI search optimization and AI SEO rather than GEO by name. It also lists local AI SEO, AEO for PR, AEO for ecommerce and agentic commerce, next to traditional SEO work such as audits, link building and reporting. The industries it names include consumer and DTC brands, health and beauty, luxury and apparel, hospitality, emerging tech and fintech. No prices are shown. The route to contact is a form.

Bird Marketing. According to its website (read 16 October 2026), its GEO page lists US offices in New York, Los Angeles and Austin and does not name a head office. The page footer shows two registered addresses in England, so a buyer who cares about where a contract is signed should ask. It describes GEO as a mix of AI assisted content, personalisation, on page and technical SEO, engagement work and monitoring. It lists many industries and says services suit businesses from small startups to large enterprises. Pricing is by quote, and it says it aims to reply with pricing within 24 hours.

First Page Sage. According to its website (read 16 October 2026), its GEO page does not state a head office. It describes GEO as work to make a product or service more likely to be recommended by AI platforms, built from six elements: list creation and optimization, database inclusion, website authority, online review management, publicising achievements and monitoring social sentiment. The page does not name a target audience, but it links to industry pages such as B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, ecommerce, fintech, healthcare, law firms and manufacturing. It does not show prices on that page. Contact is by phone or a contact form.

Ignite Visibility. According to its website (read 16 October 2026), its GEO page calls San Diego its headquarters and lists offices in Irvine, Orlando and New York. It presents GEO, AEO and AI SEO as connected to traditional SEO, covering crawler access, structured data, answer first content, comparison content, entity work and monitoring what AI tools say about a brand. It names ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot and Claude. It says multi location brands and franchise networks are a primary focus. It shows no prices and offers a free proposal request.

Omniscient Digital. According to its website (read 16 October 2026), its information page says it is headquartered in the United States with a distributed team, and it lists offices in Austin, New York, San Francisco, Chicago and Boston. Its GEO service is described as target prompt identification and tracking, owned media optimization, earned media campaigns and brand mention outreach. It also lists an AEO service. It says it serves B2B SaaS and technology companies, and that it is not a good fit for businesses that are mainly B2C or ecommerce. No prices are shown.

Siege Media. According to its website (read 16 October 2026), its GEO services page lists offices in Austin, New York City, Chicago and San Francisco. It describes GEO as one program that combines research reports and digital PR, comparison and pricing page content, Reddit and community presence, affiliate partnerships, regular page refreshes, interactive tools and attribution reporting. It says the program is built for brands with a real product and customers, and for clients who can commit to a horizon of six months or more. It shows no prices and directs visitors to request a proposal.

Single Grain. According to its website (read 16 October 2026), the page we read does not state a head office. It describes full service GEO strategy development that includes AI content optimization, entity mapping, technical implementation and performance tracking. It says its ideal clients are growth stage B2B companies, mainly in SaaS, B2B services, ecommerce and fintech. No prices are shown. A contact email address, a free consultation button and a contact form are listed.

Stratabeat. According to its website (read 16 October 2026), its GEO page gives no city or office address. It lists GEO and AEO readiness audits, technical implementation, strategy, schema, prompt research, entity SEO, content hubs and FAQ work, plus authority building and tracking. It describes itself as focused on organic growth for B2B SaaS and tech companies. Prices are not on that page, which points to a separate pricing and packages page. You can book a strategy call or email.

Victorious. According to its website (read 16 October 2026), its AI information page says it is headquartered in San Francisco. It lists AEO services for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Copilot and Claude, and links to pages on AI SEO and Generative Engine Optimization. It states that it serves mid market and enterprise clients with at least $10 million in annual recurring revenue, mainly in English speaking countries. No prices are shown. A phone line, a sales email and a booking link are listed.

WebFX. According to its website (read 16 October 2026), its location page says it is headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Its AI search optimization page lists visibility work across Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot and Meta AI, with a GEO audit, SEO audit, strategy, optimizations and tracking through a platform it calls OmniSEO. It is the only agency in this guide whose page publishes a tier table. The tiers, shown as monthly prices with a six month commitment for the progressive plans, are Bronze $3,000, Silver $5,250, Gold $7,500, Platinum $12,000, Diamond $23,250, Enterprise $34,500 and Enterprise+ $68,250, with a bespoke Global Enterprise+ tier by quote. The page also says GEO solutions start at $3,000 a month. Contact is by phone or a free proposal form.

Where GrowingAI fits

Where does GrowingAI fit, and when might another option suit you better?

You should know what we are before you read any of the above as neutral. GrowingAI is a small GEO agency founded by Nitesh Dan Charan and based in Rajasthan, India. We work only on GEO, which means getting brands named and cited in AI answers from ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Microsoft Copilot. We do not offer ads, web builds or other marketing services.

Our first offer is the GEO Pilot: a fixed price of $999 USD, one time, delivered inside 30 days. It covers a baseline across five AI engines on up to 20 buyer prompts, a crawler access check, technical and entity fixes, up to 10 priority pages rewritten to be answer ready, a retest and a report with a 90 day roadmap. We implement the work ourselves, and you approve changes. After the Pilot, monthly plans start from $1,500 and from $3,000 USD, with scope confirmed in writing before work starts. Details are on the pricing page.

The only client examples we show are Emtech, a Dubai IT company, and Sudarshan Stoneix, a marble and granite company. Both are one client in one market, and neither is a promise of results for you. We have no US case study on this site, and you should weigh that. Our USA page explains how we work with US companies from India.

  • Remote team, no local office in the USA
  • Only GEO work
  • Fixed $999 USD Pilot, then plans from $1,500 and $3,000 USD a month
  • Two client examples, both outside the USA

Honest fit

When another option may suit you better

A fair guide has to say where we are not the right choice.

You need people on site

If your team wants an in country agency that can sit in your office or work in your time zone every day, a firm with a US office is a better match. Our team is remote and in India.

You want a very large enterprise program

If you need many domains, many markets and a large team with formal procurement, a bigger firm with a published enterprise tier may suit you. We run a small number of Pilots at a time so each one gets senior attention.

You want one agency for everything

If you also want paid ads, web builds, social and PR from the same firm, a full service agency is simpler to manage. We only do GEO.

You want a long, PR heavy program

If your plan rests on large scale outreach and editorial placements over many months, an agency built around digital PR may fit better. Our third party authority work starts in the Scale plan and is never guaranteed.

Honest fit

A remote GEO team suits you if

  • You want only GEO work
  • You want a fixed price test first
  • Calls across time zones are fine

Another option may suit you if

  • You need people on site
  • You want a large enterprise programme
  • You want ads, web and PR from one firm

Pricing

How do GEO agencies price their work in the USA?

Most agencies in this guide do not publish prices. Of the ten we read, one, WebFX, shows a tier table on its AI search optimization page, from $3,000 a month for Bronze up to $68,250 for Enterprise+, with a six month commitment on the progressive plans, as of 16 October 2026. The others use a quote, a proposal or a free assessment as the next step. We cannot tell you the market price from that, and we will not pretend to.

The models you will meet are usually one of four. A monthly retainer covers ongoing work and is billed every month. A tiered subscription bundles a set of deliverables at fixed levels. A project or audit has a defined start and end. A fixed price pilot, like ours, tests the work on one site before a longer commitment. Each has a place. A retainer suits a steady program. A project suits a known fix. A pilot suits a buyer who wants evidence before a long contract.

When you compare quotes, compare scope and not totals. Ask how many pages, prompts, engines and markets are included, who does the implementation, whether tracking tools are part of the fee and how long the minimum term is. A lower number with narrower scope is not the same offer. Our own guide to how much GEO costs and the Pilot versus retainer page walk through the same trade offs.

Currency note: GrowingAI prices are in USD. WebFX figures are as shown on its page, which does not name a currency beyond the dollar sign.

Checklist

Questions to ask any GEO agency

  1. 1

What exactly will you change on my site?

Ask for a list of the changes: crawler rules, schema, page rewrites, entity profiles. A report with no changes is a different product.

  2. 2

Which AI engines and which prompts?

Ask which engines are tracked, how many buyer prompts, and who chooses them.

  3. 3

    Who does the work?

Ask whether the people on the call are the people on the project, and whether any work is outsourced.

  4. 4

What access do you need, and how are changes approved?

You should be able to approve edits and keep an undo path.

  5. 5

How do you measure progress without promising rankings?

Be wary of any promise of a citation or a ranking. AI answers change often.

  6. 6

How is it priced, and what is the minimum term?

Ask what is included, what costs extra and how to stop.

  7. 7

Can I speak to a client in a similar business?

Ask for a reference or a case with the real context, and check it yourself.

  8. 8

What do you need from my team?

Writers, developers, legal review and approval time all affect the schedule.

Test

How to run a one week test of any agency

  1. 1

Day 1: write ten buyer prompts

Use the exact questions a customer would type into ChatGPT or Google, including your city, your product and your price range.

  2. 2

    Day 2: record the baseline

Run every prompt in each engine you care about and save the answers, the date and which brands are named. Our AI Visibility Checker can give you a first look.

  3. 3

Day 3: ask the agency to critique it

A good agency can explain, from your own answers, why you are missing and what it would change first.

  4. 4

    Day 4: check crawler access

Run the AI Crawler Access Checker and ask each agency what it found.

  5. 5

Day 5: ask for a written scope

Compare the scope documents line by line: pages, prompts, engines, markets, term and who does the work.

  6. 6

    Day 6: check a reference

Contact one reference and ask what changed, how long it took and what the agency got wrong.

  7. 7

    Day 7: decide on evidence

Choose the agency that explained your situation best and wrote the clearest scope. Do not choose on a promise.

Searcher language

What people type when they look for a GEO agency in the USA

The words buyers use vary by region and by how new they are to the topic. In the US you will see searches such as GEO agency, generative engine optimization company, AEO agency, AI SEO company, AI search optimization services, ChatGPT SEO and how do I get my business recommended by ChatGPT. Some add a city or state, such as GEO agency New York or AI SEO company Austin. Others add an industry, such as GEO for law firms or AI SEO for SaaS.

These phrases overlap. GEO, AEO and AI SEO describe the same broad goal of being named and cited in AI answers, with different emphasis. Our explainers on GEO versus AEO versus SEO and why the names differ cover that. For you as a buyer, the label matters less than the deliverables, so ask each agency what it will do and see them in writing.

If you work in a regulated field, such as law, finance or healthcare, add a compliance question. Ask who reviews copy and whether the agency has worked under advertising rules in your field. Our pages for law firms and financial services note the sources we checked and say that your compliance owner approves copy.

FAQ

Questions people ask

How much does a GEO agency cost in the USA?

It depends on scope, and most agencies do not publish prices. Of the agencies in this guide, one, WebFX, publishes monthly tiers from $3,000 up to $68,250 as of 16 October 2026, with a six month commitment on the progressive plans. Others quote after an assessment. GrowingAI charges a fixed $999 USD for a 30 day Pilot, and monthly plans start from $1,500 and $3,000 USD. Compare quotes on scope, not on the headline number.

What is the best GEO agency in the USA?

No page can answer that fairly, including this one. Quality depends on your industry, your site, your budget and the people assigned to your project. This guide lists agencies alphabetically with sourced facts so you can build a shortlist. Then test two or three with the one week process above.

What is the difference between GEO, AEO and AI SEO?

The terms overlap. GEO usually means getting a brand named and cited inside generated answers. AEO usually means structuring content to answer questions directly. AI SEO is a looser label. Agencies use them differently, so read the scope and not the label.

Do I need a GEO agency with a US office?

Not necessarily, but it can matter. An office helps if you want in person meetings or similar working hours. A remote team can work well if scope, access and communication are clear. GrowingAI is remote from India and has no US office, which is a real limit for some buyers.

How long does GEO take to show results?

Nobody can promise a timeline, and AI engines change often. Technical fixes can be done in days or weeks. Whether an engine then names you depends on many things outside any agency's control. Be cautious of anyone who guarantees citations or rankings.

Can I do GEO myself instead of hiring an agency?

Yes, for a simple site. You can check crawler access, add structured data and rewrite key pages yourself with free tools such as our llms.txt Generator and FAQ Schema Generator. An agency helps when the site is complex, time is short or you want implementation done for you.

How do I check an agency's claims?

Ask for the specific changes it would make, a named reference and the exact prompts and engines it tracks. Then test your own prompts before and after. Treat any claim of results without context with care.

Why is GrowingAI on this list?
