AI Use Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
We build AI products, so we should be clear about how we use it ourselves.
The chat assistant
- It is an AI assistant, not a person. It says so, and you can ask for a human at any time through WhatsApp or email.
- It answers from GrowingAI information and the content of this website. It does not recommend or compare other companies.
- It can make mistakes. Prices it mentions are ranges, and the real quote comes in writing from our team.
- It does not give legal, tax, financial or medical advice.
What happens to chat text
Your messages are sent to the AI model provider configured on this site, such as Anthropic or OpenAI, only to produce a reply. We ask providers not to use API data to train their models, according to their business terms. If you share contact details, we save them with the chat transcript as an enquiry and a team member follows up. Please do not share passwords, card numbers or sensitive personal data.
Automated decisions
The assistant does not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. A person reviews every quote and contract.
AI in our client work
- We use AI to speed up research, drafting and analysis. A named person reviews, edits and approves everything we publish or send.
- We do not publish unreviewed AI text, fake reviews, invented quotes or made up statistics.
- We do not put client confidential data into AI tools that train on it.
Report a problem
If the assistant says something wrong, harmful or biased, email hello@thegrowingai.com with the date and a screenshot.
