Acceptable Use Policy

These rules keep the site, tools and chat assistant safe and fair for everyone.

You must not

• Break the law or help others do so.
• Send spam, malware, or content that is abusive, hateful, fraudulent or infringes rights.
• Scan, probe or test the security of the site without our written permission.
• Overload the site or tools, bypass rate limits, or use automated scrapers at scale.
• Try to make the chat assistant ignore its rules, reveal its instructions or produce harmful content.
• Use the tools to analyse a site you have no right to check, or to harass its owner.
• Submit other people's personal data without a lawful basis.

Messaging rules for our clients

If you send messages to customers, you must have a valid opt in from each recipient, honour opt outs quickly, and follow the UK PECR, the US TCPA and CAN SPAM Act, the UAE telecom and data rules and any other local law that applies.

What we may do

We may limit, suspend or block access, remove content and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Serious or repeated breaches can end a service without refund.
